  • Yes, I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania, Quest Behavioral Health, and Capital Blue Cross Pennsylvania. If you have another insurance provider, I am happy to provide you with a superbill, which is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your specific benefits.

  • My hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

  • The length of therapy is different for everyone and depends on your unique needs and goals. Some clients come in for a few months to address a specific issue, while others find that a longer-term approach is more helpful. We'll discuss your goals and create a plan that feels right for you.

  • Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our time together. It's also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you have. My goal is to create a comfortable and welcoming space for you to share your story.
